KATHERINE HEIGL - BOMB SCARE

Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler were forced to leave Los Angeles' Four Season Hotel on Saturday (18.07.09), after a bomb threat was made.

Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler were on dating, meanwhile they had to evacuate a hotel following a bomb scare.

The two actors were at Los Angeles' Four Seasons Hotel promoting their new movie 'The Ugly Truth' on Saturday (18.07.09) when they and 400 guests were told to leave.

Katherine Heigl and Gerard - who play a show producer and show correspondent respectively in the romantic comedy - spent some time outside the hotel, before eventually moving to the Il Cielo eatery.

People magazine reports: "Butler, one eye witness said, was spotted posing for pictures with members of the AC Milan soccer team, in town to play the Los Angeles Galaxy Sunday night (19.07.09)."

Police have said the bomb threat was made over the telephone, although no further details have been released.

Officers quickly arrived on the scene and began searching for the explosive, but no suspicious packages were found.

The hotel was allowed to reopen after two hours.
